Current €99 reservation offer
Reservations are open. The following terms describe the launch offer.
A €99 reservation secures the stated launch offer for one watch for 48 hours from confirmed reservation payment. The €99 is deducted from whichever eligible final watch configuration you choose when completing your purchase within the offer window. You may change your configuration before completion; the credit applies once per reservation. The remaining balance is never charged automatically.
You may personalize and complete your watch immediately after confirmed reservation payment; there is no mandatory waiting period. Alternatively, complete within your 48-hour offer window. Submitting your watch for production requires your approval of the final design and delivery estimate, plus confirmed payment of the remaining balance. A reservation payment alone does not authorize production.
You can request a full refund of the reservation before completing the bespoke watch purchase, including if your 48-hour offer window has ended. Returning to the website or signing in does not extend the offer window.
Your displayed reservation watch total includes VAT, duties, import taxes, clearance and worldwide shipping. ChronoAstra covers any additional amount due. Your chosen package, total, remaining balance and delivery estimate must be shown before you complete your watch purchase.
The general delivery estimate is 2–3 months for 40 mm and 3–4 months for 34 mm from the completed watch order. Some configurations take longer; the configuration-specific estimate shown before completion takes precedence.
After you complete the personalized watch purchase, the bespoke-order terms below apply. Nothing in these terms limits statutory rights, including rights concerning faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods.
Taxes and duties for direct orders
Your complete direct-order price is displayed before payment. Review and accept that total before ordering; direct-purchase pricing is separate from the €99 reservation offer.
Every direct order is shipped worldwide Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). Customs duties and import charges are settled before delivery, so the customer will not be asked to pay anything extra when the package arrives.
Historical Kickstarter reservations and Founder VIP pricing
The previous ChronoAstra website offered a limited-time reservation system through which early supporters could secure a Founder VIP spot and related Kickstarter benefits.
Reservations remain refundable until production begins, which occurs when the Kickstarter campaign is successfully funded or when otherwise announced through the Kickstarter page, VIP Facebook group or email. Once production starts, refunds are no longer available because reservations contribute directly to production.
If ChronoAstra does not reach its Kickstarter goal or decides not to move into production, reservation payments will be refunded. Founder VIP pricing and benefits remain governed by the terms communicated for the original campaign.
Bespoke, one-of-one orders
Each ChronoAstra timepiece is made to the customer's approved configuration, including its movement, case, dial, size, straps, sky coordinates, date, time and engraving. Customers are responsible for reviewing those details before continuing to payment.
Once production begins, a made-to-order timepiece cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded because the customer changes their mind. This bespoke-order condition applies except where applicable law requires otherwise and does not limit the customer's rights if a watch is faulty, damaged or does not match the approved specification.
ChronoAstra individually inspects every timepiece before dispatch and will work with the customer to resolve any confirmed quality or specification issue.
Current direct orders
Shopify presents the complete direct-order total before payment. ChronoAstra then ships the completed watch duties paid, with no import payment due on delivery.
