Sign-in, your one-time code and all account details are handled securely by Shopify. ChronoAstra never sees or stores your code, your Shopify session or your saved address.
Paid a €99 reservation?
A reservation is separate from your Shopify account. Open it with your reservation email and a single-use code to finish your design, pay the balance or request your €99 back.
About changing an address
Updating a saved address changes your customer profile and future checkouts. It does not change the delivery address on an existing paid order. If a paid order needs a different address, email support@chronoastra.com before dispatch and we will update it for you.
