What does my €99 reserve?
The launch offer for one watch, plus your build slot. Your €99 is deducted from whichever eligible final configuration you choose.
How long do I have to decide?
Aim to complete within 48 hours of confirmed reservation payment. If you need longer, you have up to 14 days in total to secure your offer, and your build slot stays held for that time. Complete after 14 days and you take the next available slot, or an earlier one if it opens.
Can I just buy it outright instead?
Yes. Build your watch, add your date, time, place and engraving and pay in full at checkout. That books your build slot immediately and production can start sooner.
Is the reservation refundable?
Yes, in full before you complete your watch purchase—even if your offer window has ended. The remaining balance is never charged automatically. Personalized-order terms apply after completion.
Is shipping and tax included?
Yes. Your launch price includes worldwide shipping, VAT, duties, import taxes and clearance. ChronoAstra covers any additional amount due.
When will my watch arrive?
Typically 2–3 months for 40 mm or 3–4 months for 34 mm, from your completed watch order. Some configurations take longer; you will see your delivery estimate before completing payment.
Quartz or automatic?
Swiss quartz offers accurate, low-maintenance timekeeping with a battery. The automatic is a mechanical movement powered by your wrist, visible through the sapphire caseback.
